Jose Isrrael Resendiz our beloved Father, Grandpa, Uncle, brother and Friend was suddenly taken from us on October 23, 2018. He was born in Mazatlan, Mexico on October 30, 1956- Jose had a big dream at the age of 18 years old; he came to the United States and full- filled his dream as a lightweight Championship Boxer. Jose Fought the best influenced boxers of all time, such as:  Julio Cesar Chavez, Freddie Roach, and Macho Camacho. His passion didn’t stop him there, Jose used to train kids and adults on his spare time. Jose loved to watch baseball, cook, listen to music, sing, and always like to make people laugh. Jose was a very wise, smart, loving man that loved his family dearly. He touched everyone that knew him. He will always be in our hearts, deeply missed, and never forgotten. Survived by his one and only true love Marisela Resendiz. Parents:  Rosalio Resendiz, Maria Salas and many other siblings. Children: Rocio, Jose jr.- Chago, Paula, Baby Marcos, Emery, Arthur, Fernando. Sister Ofelia Salas Resendiz (Carlos Brother-in-law) Nieces: Jessica Mayorquin, Carlos (Brother-in-law) Alma Mayorquin. Grandchildren: Estrella, Jesse, Luciano, Emilio, Neeko, Destney, Ezequel, Eliyas, Julian, Xchelle, Lacey, Issac, Kristella, Qarmelo, Marcos, Santino, Octavio, Elicio, Niloh, Luciano jr. Romeo & Jazzy.

A Celebration of life will be held at City View Memoriam, with memorial services trusted to Eternity Funeral Home located at 1001 East 11th Avenue SLC, UT. On Sunday, December 16, 2018 at 2:15 until 4:15pm

Jose Isrrael Resendiz nuestro querido padre, abuelo, tio, hermano y amigo se nos fue repentinamente el 23 de Octubre de 2018. Jose nacio en Mazatlan, Mexico el 30 de Octubre de 1956. Jose siempre tuvo un sueño grande a los 18 años de edad, y se vino a los Estados Unidos y alcanzo ese sueño de ser campeon de boxeo en la categoria de peso ligero. Jose peleo contra los boxeadores mas influyentes de todos los tiempos tales como: Julio Cesar Chavez, Freddie Roach, y Macho Camacho.Su pasion por el boxeo no se detuvo alli porque en su tiempo libre entrenaba a sus hijos. Jose le encantaba mirar basketball, cocinar, escuchar musica, cantar y siempre hacer reir a las personas. Jose fue una persona sabia, intelilgente y lleno de amor por su familia. El toco el corazon de las personas que lo conocieron. El siempre estara en nuestros corazon , se le extrañara grandemente y nunca sera olvidado.

Surs sobrevivientes: Su unico y unico verdadero amor Marisela Resendiz.

Sus Padres: Rosalio Resendiz, Maria Salas y muchos otros hermanos.

Sus HIjos: Rocio, Jose Jr.;  Chago, Paula, Baby Marcos, Emery, Arthur, Fernando.

Su hermana: Ofelia Salas Resendiz (Carlos-cuñado)

Sobrinas: Jessica Mayorquin(Carlos), Alma Mayorquin.

Nietos: Estrella, Jesse, Luciano, Emilio, Neeko, Destney, Ezequel, Eliyas, Julian, Xchelle, Lacey, Issac, Kristella, Qarmelo, Marcos, Santino, Octavio, Elicio, Niloh, Luciano Jr. Romeo & Jazzy.

Una celebracion de su vida se llavara a cabo en City View Memorianm, y los servicios funerales estaran a cargo de Funeraria La Eternida d (1001 E 11th Ave. SLC , UT 84103)  el Domingo 16 de Diciembre 2018 de 2:15 PM a las 4:15 PM.
