Edgar Jesus Rodriguez

Edgar J. Rodriguez, 21, of Salt Lake City, passed away leaving a legacy of music, love, and laughter. Born on December 27, 2004, Edgar was a bright light to everyone who knew him.

Edgar’s greatest passion was music, which he spent countless hours creating alongside his beloved cousins, Victor and Cesar. Their home became his "home away from home," a place filled with creativity and brotherhood. He also shared a special bond with his girlfriend and Amazon colleague, Jackie, with whom he spent much of his time. When he wasn't making music, Edgar could often be found cheering on his favorite hockey team, the Utah Mammoth.

He is survived by his devoted parents, Ernesto and Karina; his brothers, Omar and Sebastian; and his cherished niece, Izabella, and nephew, Diego. He also leaves behind his grandmother, many cousins, aunts (tias), uncles (tios), and a wide circle of friends who will miss him tremendously.

Edgar’s spirit will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved him. Until we meet again. We love you.
